§ Participation and then direction of institutional structuring processes for official institutions. Advising, elaborating, and coordinating all legal, institutional and regulation for implementation of a local government for a recent municipality. § Elaboration of Strategic Plan on banking, monetary, and financial regulation. I made these proposals to order of providing an international focus to institutional structure and legal situation of some domestic banks in the Dominican Republic to order they get international banking standards. This program was also directed to the prospective investors or banking firms interested to participate in the Dominican financial market. Both concepts were provided to be applied after implementation of the Monetary and Financial Law in 2002. In the public sector it was presented a Regulatory Master Plan to update the regulatory and supervisory functions of the Central Bank and the Superintendence of Banks of the Dominican Republic, to order of inserting these institutions in the international market. (Both jobs available in Spanish version, translatable).
